1. Futures Trading Risk

Futures and options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You must be aware of the risks and willing to accept them before participating. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

The high degree of leverage obtainable in futures trading can work against you as well as for you. Leverage can lead to large losses as well as large gains.

4. Nature of Our Services

SHARK Futures provides simulated trading evaluation programs and funded trading opportunities for futures on CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT exchanges.

SHARK Futures is NOT:

A registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution

A futures commission merchant (FCM) or member of any exchange

Providing investment advice, portfolio management, or financial planning

Acting as intermediary or counterparty to trades during evaluation phases

Fees are service fees for platform access - not deposits, investments, or trading capital.

5. No Solicitation or Offer

This website is neither a solicitation nor an offer to buy or sell futures, options, or any financial instruments. Nothing on this website should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any contract or instrument.

6. Third-Party Platform and Data Risks

SHARK Futures uses third-party platforms (Volumetrica, Quantower, ATAS) and data feeds (DxFeed). We are not responsible for:

Platform outages, errors, or technical failures

Data feed interruptions, inaccuracies, or delays

Order execution failures from third-party systems

Losses from connectivity issues

Uncontrollable risks in electronic trading include power outages, internet failures, hardware/software/server failures. You acknowledge these risks and choose to use our Services regardless.

7. Payout and Counterparty Risk

Payouts are processed through Rise. While we ensure timely payouts:

Processing is subject to Rise's terms, conditions, and capabilities

Delays may occur from banking processing, compliance checks, or technical issues

SHARK Futures is not a bank. Funds are not insured by any government deposit insurance (FDIC, SIPC, or EU deposit guarantee schemes)

8. Regulatory Environment

The prop firm evaluation industry is not uniformly regulated across jurisdictions. SHARK Futures complies with applicable Lithuanian and EU laws. We make no representations regarding regulatory status under laws of your specific jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to determine whether use of our Services complies with laws in your country of residence.

9. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling tax obligations arising from participation in SHARK Futures programs, including income tax on profits received.

SHARK Futures does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.

10. Emotional and Psychological Risks

Trading, even simulated, can be stressful and emotionally demanding. If you experience trading addiction, excessive stress, or negative effects on your personal life, seek professional help and take a break.
